Speaker 1: Today we're going to take a look at the Chevrolet Silverado Logo Trailer Hitch Receiver Cover for two-inch hitches. Our hitch covers look cool, but they do more than just accessorize your vehicle. This officially licensed Chevrolet Silverado logo hitch cover will help keep the dirt out of your receiver, and prevent rust so that you can easily install your ball mounts or other hitch accessories when you need them.The hitch cover also is a great way to protect your receiver, and even express yourself all-in-one. This one is an officially licensed Chevrolet Silverado hitch cover. It's designed to fit into your two-inch hitch receiver opening. The cover itself you can see has a nice rotary engraved Chevrolet Silverado emblem with the durable UV resistant black epoxy fill.It does have a chrome plated solid brass face plate that adds style to your vehicle.
It uses a stainless steel base to help resist rust and corrosion. It does come with everything here on the table. The three different thickness foam gaskets are included to help seal the hitch, and even eliminate randomly, you just pick the right one that you need. Slide it on there before you put it on to your hitch.It does also come with this locking stainless steel bolt system to secure your cover to the hitch. Basically, when you slide this in, you align which hole you need in there.
Open your bolt just like that, unscrew it. And then slide your bolt through the hitch hole. Slide it through your hitch cover, and then reach through to the other side, just like that. Then you go ahead and put your bolt on this, and then you can lock it, because the design on this bolt is sort of a triangular design, so it's not a normal screwdriver Allen bolt size. It gives you the included ones.
You just put one on one side. Put one on the other side, and then go ahead and tighten it down, and then you get it tightened down enough, it'll pretty much lock it in to place so nobody can take it.Application on this again is for two-inch by two-inch trailer hitch receivers. I want to give you a few measurements on this. Let me just get the bolt back out, and we'll do some measuring on this. I'll let you know the size.
The base itself, the length on it is going to be right at three and a half inches long. The face dimension, overall length, edge to edge, is right at six inches. With advanced trailering package a Chevy bow tie light messes all the sensors in the rear of the truck. Anyways I looked for something else I found this Chevy Silverado hitch cover from you people. It is the best hitch cover I have ever seen, it is beautiful looks great on my truck or any Chevy I am very fussy it is better than anything I could buy in any automotive store I will buy more for my other chevys. PS. Make sure you lock it on receiver so no one will take that is how beautiful it is here is a picture of it

Since the first day I put this hitch on my truck a year ago it has been solid all around. It hasnt rusted out after dealing with snow, salt, rain, mud, dust and everything else thrown at it. Great quality and am satisfied with the product!
Love the cover but couldn't give it 5 stars cause in behind the oval cover there are streaks of rust & u thought it was chrome plated so it wouldn't do that - they need to do some work to prevent it - over than that I love it

Still good other than the rust look on back side
I was amazed it by far exceeded my expectations, I could not get over how it was packaged as if it was a piece of priceless art work and arrived within days of ordering. The bolt system makes it so no one can steal it and I've had two stolen. Another great experience with etrailer.
Received the hitch cover quickly. It was packaged very well. It is heavy duty and looks good on the hitch. I'm very happy with my purchase.
